About PHCC-MPA

Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Wisconsin Association (PHCC) is the state affiliate of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors National Association, the oldest trade organization in the construction industry, representing plumbing, heating, and cooling contractors from around the nation.  Membership in PHCC includes membership in both the state and national associations.  Master Plumbers Association of Wisconsin (MPA) is substantially similar but is a plumbing-only and a state-only membership organization.

Through activities such as legislative advocacy, education, training, networking, and promotion, we work with industry members, government representatives, and community members to further the plumbing, heating and cooling trades and ensure that Wisconsin residents receive the highest quality of products and services.

As advocates for the plumbing, heating and cooling industries, we provide our members with representation on the Plumbing Advisory Code Council, HVAC Advisory Code Council, Plumbers Council, Plumbing Apprenticeship Committee, and HVAC Apprenticeship Committee.  Our advocacy work at the local, state and federal levels provides Wisconsin plumbing, heating and cooling contractors with a means to weigh in on important issues and helps our members stay abreast of the current and future issues affecting their businesses - allowing our members to make better, more informed business decisions and ultimately, to be more successful as tradespeople and business people.  To ensure that your voice is heard, sign up to join PHCC-MPA today!  If you are already a member, check out our Government Relations page to see what’s happening in your industry and how PHCC-MPA is working on your behalf.

Another way PHCC-MPA furthers the plumbing, heating and cooling industries is through our extensive offering of educational programs and training materials.  PHCC-MPA is committed to helping our members grow their business and expand their industry knowledge so that they can continue to share their expertise with customers and other industry professionals.  In addition, PHCC-MPA provides its members opportunities to network, share ideas, and get to know others in the industry.  Visit our Event Calendar for a complete listing of upcoming events.

Finally, PHCC-MPA is a valuable resource for those members of the community in need of plumbing, heating and cooling products and services.  The Find a Member Contractor page will not only connect you with a licensed contractor in your area, it will provide you with valuable information on how and why to hire a licensed contractor.  If you need any additional information on these topics, PHCC-MPA would be happy to answer your questions and/or put you in contact with a trusted industry partner.  Just Contact Us!
